Joshua Kaoutal

Joshua assists Shaun Stoker with necessary procedures to successfully find a buyer for properties. He finds that the entire team is friendly and motivated to succeed which creates a well driven workplace culture. He loves being a part of the Erskineville community, as the local area contains various restaurants, cafes and shops all which offer unique cuisines run by friendly people.

Joshua values Ray White's integration with the entire wider community by striving to support local businesses, buyers and sellers. He believes that this is vital to developing a better life for all individuals involved.

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys training at the gym, watching both soccer and rugby league, going to the beach and is studying a bachelor of psychology.
