I moved into real estate several years ago, after a career in customer service and a degree in international relations. To me excellent customer service is the cornerstone of what we do at Ray White Erskineville. Working with Shaun Stoker, my goal is to make certain that all vendors and buyers receive outstanding personalised service throughout the entire sales process.
As Shaun’s Executive Assistant, I am responsible for ensuring that all sales administration relating to a vendors property runs smoothly. A property purchase is one of the most important investment decisions a person will make, and I try to create a friendly stress-free experience from beginning to end that helps builds trust.
We have established long-term relationships and our clients often ask us to sell their properties more than once. I am in constant contact with all our vendors, arranging and co-ordinating the marketing campaigns related to their property to ensure that its presented to its best possible advantage.
Working in Shaun’s busy team, it’s important that you are organised. Shaun is well known in the inner city and inner west communities and has a built a strong reputation for great service and results. We are in regular communication with our database of over 20,000 contacts, keeping them informed with regular market updates and about what’s happening within our local area.
