With a career spanning over 20 years covering residential and commercial sales and leasing and real estate advertising, Timothy brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients about the very industry he’s most passionate about - property.
After 5 years training and coaching real estate agents, Timothy became one, starting his career working alongside Shaun Stoker at Ray White Surry Hills.
When his son was born, Timothy left residential sales to pursue a successful career as a commercial agent with Colliers International. This not only increased his experience as an agent that could work across both property specialties, but inspired him to explore all facets of the property industry. After 4 years, Timothy moved to Domain as a National Sales Manager in property marketing and advertising. In doing so he gained invaluable insight into how property marketing works from social to online and print advertising. It's this knowledge that provides an edge that differentiates him from other agents.
After 8 years, Timothy returned to his roots working alongside Shaun Stoker as a residential agent with Ray White Erskineville. Erskineville carries the additional benefit of depth as we work in tandem with our Surry Hills office.
Consistency and honesty is key when looking after his clients. The reason people come back to him because top results are achieved due to his frequent and clear communication.
When he’s not selling property, you'll find Timothy in his favourite part of any house; the kitchen cooking up a storm for his family or in the garden growing fruit and veg.
Either way, he believes home is where the heart is. Helping people realise and achieve their property goals is my mission.
